Ingredients
  

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Handful of celery
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 canned tomato sauce
  • 2 canned stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup  water
  • 2 packets chilli seasoning
  • 14 ounces kidney beans
  • 1 diced tomato
  • pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 14 ounce pinto beans
  • Vinegar, if required.

Instructions
 

  • First, take a pan and heat it for a few minutes. Now add some olive oil to it and let it heat on medium flame.
  • Now add the ground beef to the pan and form a large patty shape from it. Let it cook until it turns brown. 
  • Now start breaking the beef and crumble it all. Keep it on low flame for another 5 minutes.
  • Add some chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery to the beef and cook it for another 5 minutes. Ensure that the onion starts getting translucent. 
  • Now in the same pot, add the tomato sauce, stewed tomato, green chillies and some water. Give it a quick mix until you find it turning into a thick consistency,
  • Add the kidney beans and pinto beans to it. Also, add some pepper and salt as per your taste.
  • Mash it and keep the consistency thick. Simmer it for almost an hour and keep the flame low. 
  • Serve it and just before serving, add garnish it with some chilly and vinegar.
