  • 3 tbps tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbps basil
  • 1/3 cup lowfat mozzerella cheese


  • First, to begin with, make sure that you chop down all the veggies available such as bell peppers and mushrooms and keep your topping ready.
  • In the meantime, preheat your oven for almost 10 minutes. 
  • Now take your pita bread or tortilla and apply some tomato sauce to it.
  • Now start adding the toppings that you have already prepared to the base.
  • To make it cheesy, grate the mozzarella cheese over it and cover the whole topping through the same.
  • To add some taste, sprinkle some crushed pepper on it.
  • Now put this base along with the toppings in your oven and set it to 375F.
  • Cook it for almost 5 minutes.
  • Now take it out and sprinkle basil, oregano and chilli flakes over it.

  • 250 grams of Plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt as per the taste
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder


  • First, you need to mix your plain flour with salt, olive oil and baking powder and add some water to it.
  • You can also use milk as an alternative.
  • Now give it a good mix until it turns out to be dough.
  • Once you make the dough, cook the dough separately.
